INMOTICS TECHNOLOGY may collect the following personal data: full name, email address, phone number, company or project, and any additional information that the data subject voluntarily provides through our contact forms.

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data will be used to: respond to requests for information and quotes, send commercial communications related to our services (with prior authorization), manage the commercial relationship with clients and suppliers, and comply with legal and contractual obligations.

4. Rights of the data subject

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, the data subject has the right to: access, update and rectify their personal data; request proof of the authorization granted; be informed about the use of their data; revoke the authorization and request the deletion of their data when there is no legal obligation to retain it; and access their personal data free of charge.
